Islam is a religion of purity Allah says " Indeed Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themeselves" 2 ; 222
Purity is a condition for the prayer to be regarded valid and the prayer is an act of worship which performed five times a day it also requires that one bathe after ejaculation or intercourse and highly encourages taking a bath before Jumuah on Friday
it encourages that one keep his mouth and teeth clean the Prophet said "Had not found it difficult on my followers I would have ordered them to clean
their teeth before every prayer "( Bukhari )
Islam also encourages that one cleanse and purify those places that may become a breeding ground for germs and filth the Messenger of Islam said
there are five acts which are from the innate nature with which Allah created humans circumcision removing the pubic hair plucking the hair of the armpits shortening the mustache and clipping the nails "( Bukhari)

Islam teaches us to always cut our finger nails every Friday before Jumat service as part of sunnah(ways of the Prophet) and also a sign of Purity

Islam teaches us that Men should  shave  their Private hair every 40days And Woman should shave theirs after every menstral flow to make them perfectly clean frm the flow. Likewise the armpits should also be shaved

The Prophet(SAW) teaches that we should wash both hands before eating and kind of food,even if u will use spoon.

Reason:Anybody that does that will be free frm disease and satan will not find his place in the presence of such person

Islam teaches that we should wash with water after every visit to the comfort station either we go there for the Major or Minor visitation
