You didn't get his point , all he's trying to say that he know the ifeanyi Guy to be good. That's the main point. Some people are actually frustrated into Crime especially those whose Talent is more of intelligence to strength . It's not everybody that have the power to do pon pon, mechanic or sell Gala on the streets. While they're some people if you give them the options to work in office or hard work they prefer the hard work because they feel doing intelligence work is stressful to the mind I've seen people like that.

The Government has not done it's part. If the environment is good crime will drop to 80-85%. Crime will never cease to exist no matter what the Government does but it'll reduce then it'll more of people who are born thieves that'll go into crime...
