If you already have people interested, why don't you look for existing training centers e.g a fashion school located at a convenient place to conduct your training. You can always negotiate with the owner for a fee or profit sharing.

Online training for something practical is not the same as in-person, except when it is totally unavoidable like when the customer is outside the country.

I think it is a business that can be sustainable if you are willing to properly set it up. You can first start with partnering with others and gradually get a convenient location of your own which will be accessible to your customers.
