Lawmaker representing Ilesa East constituency, Hon Timothy Owoeye has emerged the speaker of the 7th Osun State House of Assembly. Owoeye emerged unopposed on Thursday after the inauguration of the assembly by the Governor of the state, Mr Gboyega Oyetola.
