am just wondering, seems the man does not know what a chief of staff is, I won't blame him the president has no idea and his cheif of protocol will be so afraid to tell him because he report to him, his cheif of staff is not suppose to be in his photo ops all the time, because he attends most meeting with the president does not mean he is a constituted member of most of those meetings, a chief of staffs is the secretary to the president, he is not higher than ministers, infact ministers are higher than him.
