Here is a video of man who's seen barking in a hospital after he was bitten by a dog.

According to the father of the boy, he's bitten by their neighbours dog and moments later he started fuming and barking.

He was later rushed to the hospital for proper treatment.

Although this incident seems not to be recent, but the question can rabies from a dog actually make someone bark with so much energy like this?
