Nice one but not total accurate..you can get a 2 bedroom at lokogoma, durumi, efab etc @500/600k p.a, pls remove the cheapest prices tag you added on the list to avoid scaring or misleading people

The price has reduced slightly under APC because of the dwindling economy as most people have relocated from the city centre to the suburbs and outside Abuja.

When PDP was in power it was more than the above as the level of fake life was very high, everyone in Abuja now is living according to reality cheesy

Mabushi is far far more expensive than Lokogoma. A two bedroom 400k in Mabushi? And 900k in Lokogoma?

My people, just swap the rates for the two areas.
