It is called cut off mark hence schools can increase theirs. Even those with 200 and above find it difficult to gain admission (although not all) talk more of 160. The only issue I have with this is the fact there would be pressure on universities countrywide even though this favours many private universities more with the exception of few that have made name hence they might increase theirs
