Are you a kid, no election petition has ever included the running mate as respondent.

APC has no case.

Atiku is coming.

You mean after he delivers the promises for his 1st term, became they are still pending. e.g. full electricity, low fuel price, employment for all, full security (herdsmen palavar has been added to the boko haram problem since he became president), a greater economy( the economy is worse), lower cost of food(all food items have at least 100% increase in price since he became president), e.t.c. The only reason any young person should support this current government is if its an interim government. Otherwise anyone expecting a serious next level is definitely a joker.

His first 4 years that nobody distracted him, what promise did he deliver to YOU? Yes YOU!!! Abeg, go and sit down, since you're in enmity with truth.

Its hard for a court to remove a sitting President

In countries where their democratic rule is fair, it's not hard with good evidence. In Nigeria where the politicians are after their own pocket alone, it may be hard.

1 September 2017: NAIROBI, Kenya — In a historic ruling and a first in Africa, Kenya’s Supreme Court nullified on Friday the re-election of a sitting president, ordering a new vote to be held within 60 days after finding that the outcome last month had been tainted by irregularities

AUSTRIA: On April 24, 2016, a presidential election was held; however, a repeat election took place on May 22 the same year because no candidate garnered the required 50% plus votes. The results of the re-vote presidential election were invalidated on July 22 after the Constitutional Court of Austria established that electoral laws had been violated in fourteen out of twenty disputed constituencies. The President of the Constitutional court said during the ruling that, “Even in a stable democracy only the total adherence to electoral standards secures the citizens’ trust in our democracy.” Another presidential election was slated for December 4, 2016, in which Van der Bellen once again won and assumed the office officially on January 26, 2017.

UKRAIN: On October 31 and November 21, 2004, competitive presidential elections contested by the Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and his primary opponent Viktor Yushchenko were held. The Central Election Commission, the Ukraine’s electoral body, declared Viktor Yanukovych the winner of re-run election. The declaration led to street protests and what came to be referred as “Orange Revolution,” and a petition in Ukraine’s Supreme Court. Later, the court nullified the results and gave an order for a fresh election to be held which it took place on December 26, 2004, in which Viktor Yushchenko won with 51.99% against his competitor who garnered 44% of total votes cast.

Yeah bro am using Nigeria as a case study reason being that politicians immediately they get to power they pocket both the judiciary and the legislature to the extent that if you don't do there bidding you gone.

You are correct. Reason why this country still has a very long journey ahead before hitting real democratic rule.

The way Buhari fought corruption in the judiciary, doesn't he know that the judiciary will not want to pay him back in his own coin? I will not be surprised if the judiciary sack PMB for Atiku.
