Not really. these days there are young people barely 30 becoming Bank Managers particularly in places like Access Bank and GTBank. I really don't know about First Bank though.

By the way, the Man in the story was referred to as a Customer Relationship Manager not Bank Manager.
Except if both roles can overlap.

The story said Customer relationship manager. It may not necessarily mean a Branch Manager. A Branch could have many Relationship managers reporting to a Business development manager who is the head of the Branch.
