Can u imagine the kind of comments I'm reading here. This forum is full dump youths. See the leaders of tomorrow as they are supporting crimes. EFCC should arrest all the banks Directors in Nigeria. With BVN And NIN, people still use bank account to commit crimes. It shows we are not serious in this country. The purpose of BVN and NIN is to track fraudulent transaction from banks.

Good one. I wonder how SARS officers got POS from the banks, when they don't offer any financial transactions

People use POS to rob these days, that's what they're trying to kick against, and yes, it is within EFCC'S JURISDICTION.

Banks usually tip customers under investigation to move their funds before their accounts are blocked, that's 100% criminal

Keep quiet......are u such an ingrate. This move will go a long way to save mostly the poor masses and u are supposed to be grateful if this is enforced.

All those One Chance criminals going about with POS machines mostly target the helpless poor masses. Most armed robbers that will catch u on the road and withdraw ur money through POS will target most of the poor masses and u are here running mouth.
You should be praying they enforce that rule instead of bn irrational in thinking.

Meanwhile, one of the major problems we have in this country is our banking sector. They are criminals. They help to grow crime in this country.
If u have a fraudulent transaction on ur account, they will play u around and frustrate u.
They will inform a criminal that his account is under monitoring to steer clear from such account to avoid bn arrested.
They will clean the account of anyone they suspect that has died.
They connive with criminals to commit all sorts of crime.

EFCC WILL JUST BE YELLING DAILY AND SOMETIMES,I WONDER IF THEY HAVE ACCOUNTANTS OR BANKERS AMONG THEM.

ASK SOME OF THEM WHAT ARE THE LIKELY CAUSES OF 'POST NO DEBIT' ON A CUSTOMER'S ACCT,THEY WILL BE GRUMBLING.ONLY 5% OF THEM ARE PROFESSIONALS WHILE THE REST ARE JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS!

Following orders is all the rest needed, everyone of them can not be profesional banker or accountants

Useless EFCC , POS is link to one person account which must be Cooperate account, if someone use to rub it is very easy to locate the person, police don't need much work, just write to Interswitch and the bank is finished, EFCC with eye service.

The main issue is, how do they get the money out of the account cos it takes at least 2 days for the money to be available.
It doesn't take two days oga, the money is readily available unless it a weekend even in weekends they forward the money to different accounts

Fraud committed with POS machines is unimaginable. Chinese are senior men when it come to that. They steal or clone credits of big companies in China or Hong Kong , one of them flies to Kenya with the cards forming tourist they approach Kenyan businesses that accepts cards for payment and "collaborate" with them under the disguise they are paying for goods and services running into thousands of dollars. The kenyan business person withdraws the money that has hit the business bank account gives the Chinese about 70% of the money the rest is for "his/her stress" cheesy cheesy cheesy

move their funds before fund are blocked grin that is cooperation of power and the rewards could be 30% to bank ,70% to customer and you expected EFCC to loot all and share within themselves or forfeit to government to reloot, all those vehicles and laptops seize can't be use by government so efcc official loot them while government sit on fund, but this is the game of wise up, bank wouldn't take such shit, they helped customer saves for years and one official team up with APC government to come pack all in a day? And you think bank eyes won't open, so they most work in hands to hands with their customer to defeat who loot who...

With these kinds of comments; Nigeria is finished!

Is it that you guys don't know that illegal pos machines are the reigning tools armed robbers, one chance, kidnappers, fraudsters, illegal business operators and even SARS use to swindle money from innocent Nigerians these days OR you don't know that it's the work of EFCC to fish those bastards out?

Sad part of the whole POS crime is that even though it takes at least 24hrs for the money to reflect in the criminal account, the banks cannot stop or trace the account.

Very soon they will start arresting anybody with bank account or anyone they sent money from abroad to his bank account. Nigeria is a failed state. Simple

At least they are doing something. Did you guys even asked yourself why no other Govt organisation is doing anything about this? Why should banks gives POS to anyone requesting for it? All we do is criticise, i do not see any one proffering a better solution or alternative to the EFCC that can curb this menace..
