Many of the people calling themselves agent do not have your requirements and wish to collect inspection fee from you anyhow and wine with it while leaving you in a state where you start from scratch again.
I know of many people who paid more than 10 agents in thousands and could not get what they want. But it is imperative that you take your decision and be sure that you will see what you want to buy or rent or lease before the issue of money will come in. So, you need to consider the following.
1. You need to see what you want first
2. Do not pay any surveyor or agent when you want to inspect any property and this due to the fact that you may or may not like it
3. What if you do not like the property, It means that you have been robbed of your inspection fee, transportation, time & energy.
4. Probably if the agent or Surveyor have satisfied you and you are happy with the service(s), you might dash him/her for job well done and customer service
5. Then after inspection, and you are satisfied with the property, we can then talk of money and payment method(s)
6. The only reason why you should pay is that if you are meeting him/her for consultation, the you will need to pay for consultant fee
