There is a problem am facing with my local post office in Ekiti and seller, I order smartphone from aliexpress truly it got deliver with my cellphone number partly erased, I opened the parcel and saw rubbish plastic inside the parcel to carry weight. I complaint to the post office but they deny claiming I got what I order for unopened from them, I filed dispute against the seller with all evidence, but aliexpress eventually released my money to the seller and turn deaf hear to me, I contact the seller before filing dispute she also deny the allegation said I should ask for compensation from post office, while post office said my package was not lost but successful delivered to me, I did not sign for the parcel and they can not return it back cos i have come to claim it. Now both seller and post office are passing me like a ball, none of them want to take the blame. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET COMPENSATION OF ABOUT 50K?
