I wonder which landlord allows short let stays in the FCT

The best I saw when I was there is that very few landlords may accept 6months rent. If for example the rent is N150,000, the tenant pays N75,000 (which is equivalent of N12500 per month). Most landlords/ladies do not (I had Realtors as friends) accept monthly rents.

Maybe they are talking about hotel/chalet short time

Is this true? Why would they charged in dollars, is dollars now one of legal tenders? Is government not aware of all these anomalies, if it happens to be true?

I remember people calling on EFCC and other similar agancies to investigate Atiku and PDP when it was reported that dollars were used to woo delegates in the party's presidential primary in PH, claiming that dollars is not our legal tenders so it is illegal to indulge in expending it in our country. So, is this one Happening in DC or New York?

There are apartments/ suits built solely for this purpose, with all amenities, but don’t mind the op, the cheapest you could see in garki goes for like 25k then the longer you start the give a discount.
