is there a way one can ascertain the strength of an hybrid battery in a car before making purchase?? because most times it kinda risky buying hybrid cars without knowing the true state of the hybrid battery before purchase.....

Sadly this vehicle has every warning light on, abs unit bypassed, and since I entered battery has been on empty and engine has been running consistently. This is not a good Ambasador
