A 19-year-old Nigerian boy has been shot and killed in a car park in south-east London.

Eniola Aluko was critically injured in Hartville Road, Plumstead, just before 17:00 BST on on Friday.

Armed police, local officers, the London Ambulance Service and an air ambulance all attended, but he died a short while later.

Five teenagers have so far been arrested in connection with his murder, the Metropolitan Police said.

A post-mortem examination revealed that Aluko died from a single gunshot wound to the neck and chest.
