A student of Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti was said to have run mad today at NNPC along Iworoko road around 3:45pm. According to an eye witness, 'he was dropped by a campus shuttle at NNPC and suddenly he ran into middle of the road where he almost caused accidents because cars were trying not to hit him. He was dragged from the road by people who noticed his strange behaviour and was beaten since they thought he was trying to kill himself. They tied him down when they noticed his strange behaviours, he was talking incoherently and kept mentioning 'Baba dada'. He had with him owo eyo 'cowrie' which he refused to drop when asked to, but did after a while'
