this is my final year thesis and I am stl looking at various good ways of implementing this. I have thought of using API AND mySQL for the backend to implement this. what would be a better way of solving this problem. pls note my cope of study doesn't cover all the department. thank you

API stands for application programming interface used for Restful service.. mysql is the server side that houses the database to be used.
