Some people are really wicked, that was how one that built a house next to us cut down a beautiful mango tree that was acting as a shield to the neighborhood, and is only reason was that he doesn't want people to sit under the mango tree. Some people are hermit.

If someone trips/slips and falls on this barricade, it's over for the person. The owner should look for safer ways of deterring people from sitting there because he might even be the next victim.

I want to believe those are for goats or sheeps around the area, it can be really annoying waking up to their droppings and urine all over , i do not think it was intended for his human neighbors not unless they are goats and sheeps. But wat do i know

All those of you abusing the House owner.......some of you are and will remain perpetual tenant for your life time, while you keep abusing those who are smart enought to put money together and build something for themselves.

If you look at where that Barb wire is, you will notice that it is very close to the owner's window.
- probably he has his bedroom there and when he is making love to his wife, some nuisance are sitting right next to the Window and listening-in, Now, does the man have the right to his pleasure, in hsi own house without interference from outsiders?
- This Man did not put the barbwire on a Public road or a public seat or public park, he put it right under his own window, in his house.
Now, what manner of environmental nuisance of a person, leaves his own house and go sit under the window of another man's house? Is it due to lack of what to do at home, lack of space to relax in your own house under your own window? Or you are just a miscreant scoping how to rob a man in his own house?
- At times, people want to relax inside their own house but here you have "lazy, jobless Yoots" who would not go out to look for work but congregate by someelse's window to "argue in loud tones" about which Baba-Ijebu number won or how Arsenal lost to Man City! The man is inside his own house and yet he cant sleep or have an afetrnoon siesta in his own house because some urchins cant stay in their own house to make their noise?
- Finally, l am certain that the man has tried all sorts of 'subtle methods' to make these itenerant neighbors of his understand the need to respect his privacy but judging from all the gibberish l have read from most "Nigerian Yoots" here, there is a serious lack of good home training that states that you must respect other people's space and privacy..and treat others the way you should would like to be treated.

But ofcourse, it is the poverty-stricken folks that think it i their God-given right to go to another person's house and sit behind their window to constitute nuisance, l can understand that. Educated, middle-class folks living in well planned areas dont do such rass-behaviour, they are chilling in their own compound without anyone even knowing if they are around or not.

That balb wire is dangerous to his own children & those of his tenants,except of course he does not have little ones staying with him.What am I saying sef ,even adults can trip & land on that thing. He should be located & compelled to remove that thing ASAP!

You bet that some "neighbours" are worse than Goats.
have you not seen where yoy park your car outside your house and some dumb-azz jump on and sit on the bonnet of your car (which can literaly cause a fire if the bonnet should bridge the contact of the -ve and +ve terminals of your battery!), posing for ladies passing-by!

And if you politely tell the "Goat" to get up from sitting on your bonnet, like most Goats abusing the landlord in this issue, they woudl start abusing the owner of the car. WTF! What a GOAT.

If you need a sit, go get a Chair and put it in front of your house and sit. You will find yourself in jail so fast that you can imagine, if you do such in some states in the USA.

If an adult trips, then it is what tripped the adult that is at fault, not a man protecting his own space. Adults are suppose to "look and walk", not sleep-walk.
No one can compel him to remove it because he did not put it in a PUBLIC place.

As to his own children, l am sure that if he had the sense to build a house, he surely has enough sense to think about the safety of his own children.
maybe his children are well trained and wont start jumping up and down beside the barbwire, they may have been trained to play in the bigger courtyard at the back of the house (Notice that this barbwire was put there for a specific purpose, in front of the house and at a particular spot close to his windows)...Just maybe.

You have no business hovering around anyone's property.
Some neighbors are a complete nuisance.
