I don't think so I made an order of $98 last month with GTB card and it went. though my card is a new card that was activated last month.

my theory is that these banks may have an amount of USD dedicated for web purchases, so even though they have low monthly limits, most of the banks relax this limits somewhat periodically on a week by week basis, with month end having the highest.

i had spent about 89usd on my sterling card by mid august...and it stopped going tru for my purchase of 20usd and above --- surprisingly I tried again 3 days ago 37usd item, and it sailed tru, I later tried a few other purchases totalling almost 40usd ytday...and they all sailed tru... yet to try again this morning

When your package arrives, check the top left or right corner if the stamp indicates "Self Pickup" or "Doorstep Delivery".

Kindly update whichever it says.
The latter may be why you got the call.

Simply put,

AliExpress standard shipping (minus hongkong) is home delivery, while Cainaio Economy Global is self pickup.
