There's a crypto card out there for global use, and it works perfectly on AliExpress. The card is incorporated into Binance app but owned and issued by a third-party named 'Alchemy'.

What you meant by affliction?

On withdrawal, yes it's possible, and that can only happen if you wish to terminate the card. Then your balance on the card would be transferred to your Binance wallet.... I'd advise that you read up the card provider's FAQ on that. It's right there on their web page.
