Aliexpress has told me to contact my bank for my refund regarding two of my orders wish were closed on November 11th by aliexpress, stating they never took the money from my account. Its quite frustrating because I had waited all along for the refund. Now I contacted my bank and they equally asked me to provide them with a refund mail from aliexpress before they can open a refund dispute.

I guess you've bn going for all those free shipping options. Try using aliexpress standard shipping as Ur shipping platform. In 2/3weeka ur package go land.

Free shipping and china post ordinary or small packet shipping are not trackable and it takes eternity for them to land Ur package.

So I ordered the Lenovo K5 Pro on Aliexpress on the 17th of October. Item was dispatched on the 23rd of October. Method of Shipping was Aliexpress Standard Shipping. I also ordered a screen guard and a phone case both of which have arrived but the phone hasn't. The first bad experience I'm having with Aliexpress and the thing weak me. Does anybody have any advice?
