You've got to be patient, OK? I too have an order of November 28th, a Mobile phone too, that's yet to arrive. Therefore, there's no cause to panic. Besides, If your order was placed on the 25th of November, I can assure you that your BPP is still active. Hence, you can't open dispute now but wait patiently for it's expiration. So, there's no need to develop hight BP. If your order doesn't arrive eventually, your refund is guaranteed.
