bro every laptop are cheap depending on the specs of the laptop you want. you can't compare AMD to celeron or celeron to Pentium and so on up to i7. perhaps the laptop is an old gen, mayb 4th gen. go for the 2018 model with i5 or i7 then you will be spending a lot of cash on it. just look for someone who knws much abt computer, he/she will lead you through
