Governor Yahaya Bello is the rallying point for the three main tribes in Kogi state. GYB is a true son of Ebira (Kogi Central), trusted ally of Igala (Kogi East) people and dependable friend of Okun in Kogi West.

He has eliminated politics of ethnicity, class and religion sentiments. GYB is the ambassador of Kogi First Agenda.

His reliable Chief of Staff, Edward Onoja is the rising star and shining light of Igalaland while the delectable and resourceful Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Folashade Arike Ayoade is from Okun tribe. They are working as a formidable team to build sustainable economy for Kogi and improve citizenry welfare.

GYB as the pilot of the new direction administration is ensuring equal distribution of state resources among the three senatorial districts. A lot of infrastructural development projects are ongoing in Kogi East while the Confluence Rice Processing Mill, Isanlu General Hospital expansion, roads and other projects are located in Kogi West and Kogi Central has witnessed significant development under Yahaya Bello administration.
