Former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has released what he described has evidence that President Muhammadu Buhari is planning to set up RUGA settlements nationwide.

RUGA is a herders settlement, where herdsmen live and settle with their cattle.

The FG is seeking settlements for the herdsmen in all states, thereby requesting that the state government allocate some portion of land to the herdsmen for cattle ranching.

They have gone ahead to introduce radio station for the herdsmen for communication.

Many Nigerians perceive this as a way to strategize or station their evil plans in all state. Meaning that they are bringing insecurity and insurgency to our doorstep.

What exactly is wrong with a contract award letter? The letter even stated that the contract was approved by FEC. So, what is secret or alarming about this?

The contract clearly stated the project will be located in Taraba. Government earlier released the names of the 12 states that voluntarily accepted to participate in the RUGA settlement policy pilot scheme and Taraba was listed. Government also stated that the policy will not be implemented in states that are not willing to be part of the scheme. So, what’s the noise all about?

This Bubu guy doesn't mean well for the rest of us, but his supporters are so blinded by love that they don't see it! Thankfully, one of his die-hard fans on this platform ranted seriously about this ruga ish...i hope others see through the blindfold soon!

what would where Reno came from stop Buhari from consulting the elders of each states/regions, traditional rulers and governors before even proposing about Ruga which shouldn't even be the concern of a whole federal govt? you read the pictorial evidence still asking useless question
