CHAPTER FIVE
Like sunset, many years had gone by, each gods building their kingdoms, physically, mentally, emotionally and even in the business sector. Like sand on the shore, human and gods and even Demi gods alike, they all increased in great number, but as they increased, so did the wickedness and selfishness among them increased soiling their integrity with oil.
Sango walked behind his beloved brother Ogun and hugged him tightly and smiled.
"Thanks for believing in me" Sango said and continued to walk on.
"For over a century, we've stood by one another, I'll always support you, but the matter if the scavengers that always attack my people while coming to trade in your city, is becoming unbearable, for the main time, we should have no business transaction between both kingdoms" Ogun said.
"I respect your intelligence on politics and business, but you know my city depends on you, for the time being, we are still recovering from what Esu did to us" Sango replied almost with a shaky voice.
Ogun looked at the sun for a while and sighed heavily, then spoke.
"But everytime we try, we are ambushed, and I will not want to belief Esu has nothing to do with it, at least Aje(goddess of wealth) already took sides with him, and from what I heard, their food store, could last all three major kingdoms for seven years". Ogun replied.
"I have source, that beliefs it's the work of the Demi god's, ambushing your traders,"
"I blame our fellow gods, that allowed their lust for mere humans bring trouble if Demi gods upon us."
"Our collective effort should drive them away"
"I will personally escort the traders to your city in two moon time" Ogun replied and smiled at his brother.
"Thank you brother, I must leave now" Sango replied and thunderbolt cracked from his body.
"Farewell"
The wind slowly gathered around him, and turned into human form, revealing Ayao.
"You summouned me" Ayao said looking at Sango.
"Goddess of the air, please convey me back to Ayenireti" Sango said and in an instance he was lifted up into the air and flew towards his destination.

Esu suddenly jumped off from his bed, sweating hard, by his right was Yemoja, laying naked beside him, he stood up, removing the wrapper that covered His body and walked towards the exit of the room.
"Are you alright? " Yemoja asked, still laying on the bed.
"I had a nightmare" He said and walked to where the water calabash laid and dipped his hands into it and curved it before bringing it up and placing his mouth to ɗrink from his palm.
"Gods don't have nightmares, a warning maybe" She replied and turned aside a bit allowing her to see Esu clearly.
"It's something I have seen before" He said and walked out of the room.
Esu walked up to his throne, which he had the best of his human architect carve out from the cave, the overall structure of the cave layout by his architect was overwhelming.
Feeling comfortable in the throne, he relaxed himself and sighed. Yemoja followed suit, still naked, she sat on his laps and cuddled her head on his chest.
""It's till long before day break" She said and trailed her fingers on his chest.
"Tomorrow, I'll be seeing my brothers again, I wish I could avoid going for the peace talk" Esu said and sighed again.
"Why have you develop such hatred for them? "
"It's family ties" He replied and had his hands on her thighs and lifted her up, then gently positioned her on his throne.
Yemoja moaned softly, has she wrapped her legs around his waist. Esu smiled at her, and kissed her slowly, and slowly moved his mouth towards her breast stopped midway and spoke.
"Tomorrow, will definitely set a pace for competition" He said and breathed on Yemoja's body making her wriggle in pleasure.

Obatala spined his staff on his hand and made it fade away, as Orunmila walked up to him, sitting at the highest peak of the mountain.
"You have now made here your home" Orunmila said and sat beside him.
"Yes, my sons are gone, the city is dried, I over watch from here" Obatala replied and looked up at the sun
"Thanks to Mawu, who is still giving hope"
"They are all coming tomorrow, that alone should bring you joy" Orunmila replied
"You act like you don't know tomorrow, will mark the beginning of terrible days to come" Obatala replied. And continued "We all existed together, just you needed someone to bare the staff, which was me, we are both divinity, and even you Orunmila knows better than I do"
Orunmila looked at the sun also, and smiled not finding the right answer, he looked at Obatala again and replied.
"Let nature work according to its will, things will sort themselves out"

CHAPTER SIX
Obatala himself stood at the gates of the city, feeling honored, it's being more than a century he has felt as lively as this, even for the fact that his creatures Now quickly progressed and filled the surface of the earth.
His joy knew no bound seeing his three sons from afar, he stamped his staff to the ground, making the earth shake lightly.
"Your father looks happy" Esu said and smirked, seeing the broad smiles on his brothers face.
"So am I, you've grown so full of hatred, you didn't felt a thing when we met at the crossroad, I should have killed you when I had the chance" Sango said and looked at Esu with thunder cracking up his arm.
Esu smiled and walked past him, without uttering a word.

Obatala sat on his throne, and rised to give a warm speech.
"Welcome, everyone, from my precious humans, to the Demi god's, who are a product of love, a love that proves a god could fall in love with a mere mortal "
"That's why they have been living like flee" Esu shouted from where he sat, and raised his calabash up"
All demi gods eye fell directly on him, and cursed beneath the breath.
"Yet they posses great powers, even we the gods don't have" Sango replied and smiled.
"And to the gods, who have faithfully stood by their Lords, and to my sons".
Esu rised to his feet and turned around, then around again facing Obatala.
"When do we have the peace talk? " He said and suddenly a force sent him against the last pillar in the hall.
Everyone went silent, and quickly all gods appeared in defense before the lords.
"You are a disgrace to our lineage, a bastard of the soil" Orunmila thundered and raised his hands up, choking Esu tightly in the neck.
Kokou(god of war), jumped into the air, stretching his arms, as two swords formed from them and rotated in the air, in an attempt to to strike Orunmila.
A thunderbolt suddenly sent him crashing to the ground, Sango alongside his gods and Ogun's, ran up and gathered round Orunmila.
"Orunmila, let him be" Obatala said and placed his hand on Orumila's shoulder.
Esu gasped for air, as he felt relieved and slowly struggled to his feet.
Ori appeared among them, and looked round with his face, flaring up in hot flames, he looked at the Demi god's, and then to Esu.
"As from today, I with the supreme power bestowed in me, declare you as an outcast, a bastard of the land, is from today, you shall toil in sand, your lands shall be barren, your sweat shall not favour you in pain shall you succeed" Ori said and stretched his hands.
"Bow to the humans and the Demi god's for this scene you made" Orunmila thundered, as everywhere became chilled.
Esu hesistate for a while, and bent down, after some minutes rised up, with stream of tears running down his face.
He looked at his father, as tears continued down his face, Casted out from among his brethren, cursed to be awful, in a twinkle of an eye his life was upside down.
"When you close your eyes, do so with care, when you breath, do so with care, watch your back, cause I will harm all of you " Esu said and turned into thick black smoke and disappeared alongside his supporting gods.

CHAPTER SEVEN
Esu shapeshifted into Ogun and angrily threw round heavy metal out from his hands, crashing it against his precious throne, behind him were his leagues, standing rigid to one spot, no one dared interfere into what he did, it tried consoling him.
"Get me the musicians" Esu said and walked up to the shattered throne and sat on it.

Ogun paced round the elder chamber, refusing to seat, he looked at them as they took turn to speak.
"Esu will come for everyone of us, one after the other" Orunmila said and continued "And we all know he is powerful than all of us combined, we need quick solution"
"This solution can never come quick, everyone should remain here, till we find solution to this problem" Obatala commanded and rised from his throne.

Esu felt relaxed as the pleasant tune of the flute, accompanied with the shekere, the talking drum and the Two headed drum filled the air, he suddenly jumped to his feet dancing to the rhythm as the lead singer sang his praise.
Bolting forward and the backward, bending down and rising up, he suddenly stop and signalled to the musicians to stop.
"Let's get to work, I have what it takes, bring forth the blue breaker" He said and looked at the musicians.
"A slow and pathetic tune, let my enemies feel the heat of their destruction"
Sigidi came out from the entrance behind where the throne stood, dragging a huge box behind him, bringing it right to the middle of the palace, he looked at Esu who nodded his head at him.
"Let the ritual begin, I will be back with the final piece" Esu said and turned into dust, sending sonic boom round the palace.

An eagle flew past the kingdom, making a disturbing noise, which irritated Sango, and made him angrily look at the sky, already going dark.
"What kind of eagle flies at night" He asked himself, and sighed, standing from the peak of the kingdom, over seeing all angles it covered within eyeshot.
"Why aren't you asleep? "Oxosi asked and sat down on the only stool.
Sango looked behind, admiring how beautiful she grew by the day for someone who rules the beast and forest.
"Nothing, just imaging what my mischievous brother might be up to" Sango replied and suddenly they both heard a loud crash from inside the palace, followed by a loud boom then another.
Sango didn't waste another second, disappearing into thine air, leaving traces of fire.

Sango appeared into the palace, seeing Esu, giving Ogun a hard kick on the stomach sending him some distance away.
"He came for the creature emblem" Ogun managed to say, and quickly elevated up, and turned into metal, with two red rods coming out from his hands.
Sango raised up his arm, and summouned his axe, which came along with thunderbolts, a white light shined beside Sango, revealing Obatala pointing his staff at Esu.
"I am unstoppable, I am the one that controls the wild, I that personally journeyed to the end of the world, I am one in a battalion, the heavens do my biding, the land follows my order, I am death itself, I am fear itself, he who has the might should step forward" Esu chanted and splited himself into three, each one facing his opponents.

CHAPTER 8
Sango pinned his axe to the ground for support and somersaulted to his feet, he quickly dodged the punch Esu threw at his face, before he could attempt a strike, Esu gave him another uppercut on the jaw, making him stagger backward. He clinched tight to his axe, making thunderbolt charge on it.
"I wouldn't do that, if I were you" Esu said.
Sango only grinned and continued charging the volt of thunder on his axe, slowly moving backward, to buy himself more time.
AHHHHHHHH!! sango shouted and threw his axe and Esu. Moving furiously round the hall, the axe moved from one end to another rotated in the air and launched at Esu, as it got closer, Esu made a fist, and with great strike, he slammed his hands on the axe, making it shatter into pieces.
"Impossible" Sango muttered, and unwillingly took about three steps backward, looking at his precious and all powerful axe shattered to piece.

Ogun strikes his metal rods together, making it spark with fire, and smiled at Esu.
"I hope I won't hurt you, please stand down " Esu said folding his hands together, and then dropped it behind his back.
Ogun smirked and charged towards Esu with great force, sending the first punch, which Esu easily dodged and quickly he used his right leg to kick Ogun on the stomach and that same leg knocked off the metal baton off Ogun's gripped.
"Old trick, always predictable " Esu said and stretched his right hand backward, which began forming a solid white ball, which gradually grew big, and with swift swing, the white ball came off Esu's hand. Ogun quickly turned into full metal, and did a defense stance to collide with the ball.
The ball stopped right before it could collide with him, about five inches from his face, he sighed and slowly loosed his guard just then, a hand dragged his from inside the ball. Struggling to set himself free, the ball faded into thine air, revealing Esu holding tight to Ogun's hand.
He dragged Ogun forward, twisting his arm around his back, with great pull, Esu bent Ogun's metal arm.
AHHHHHHRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!! Ogun shouted in great agony, as Esu broke his arm, Esu pushed him to the ground, and positioned Ogun's second hand, on the ground, and raised his legs up.
"Curse you" Ogun shouted, in pain.
"Am already cursed" Esu replied and slammed his leg on Ogun's hand, breaking his bones into pieces.
Ogun let out another cry as blue shiny liquid oozed out from his broken arm.

Obatala held Esu's head with his staff, and swinged him against a pillar, which cracked on impact. Esu smiled and rised to his feet and smiled at his father.
"That's new, that trick " Esu said and stamped his feet on the ground "The ground I call upon, the soil I call upon, for every man born returns to dust, I command you should not go against me"
"I am the supreme god, nothing obeys you while I am in the vicinty" Obatala replied and pointed his staff at Esu.
"Don't do it" Esu warned and smiled at his father who was already summouning the force of the staff.
The orb on the stone, began glowing brightly, as Obatala pointed it at Esu, he gripped it with great strength, as the force from the staff was pulling him backward.
"This is where your journey ends" Obatala said and WHIIIIMMMMMMMEEEEE the orb released great energy force at Esu, a force that could pull down the whole building.
The shot launched at Esu who quickly, turned into a dark vortex, and opened eight a t Obatala's back, the shot entered into the vortex and quickly reappeared at Obatala's back, striking him on the back.
The force sent Obatala into the air as it shredded his cloths, and slammed him to the ground, and immediately he went unconscious.

Esu's palace became red as the initiation process continued, loud horrible noise from every corner and inch of the kingdom, screeching demonic noise.
Yemoja walked up to Esu, on his throne where he sat Down watching the initiation process.
"You came back to soon" She said and planted a kiss on his cheeks.
"They underestimated me, they are probably still in their illusion fighting with me, which seems so real to them cause of the pains they will sustain" Esu replied and stood to his feet, as a blue flame blew out from the huge box in the palace.
"My Lord, we now move to the final phase" Sigidi said and bowed as Esu walked forward with the Emblem in his hand.

Ogun shouted hard as Mawu, tried helping him straight his bones, Sango on the other hand, attended to Obatala, who had a large wound on his back
"I don't know why, the injuries are not healing, gods heal immediately, why this? " Sango lamented bitterly, even more because of his broken axe.
"Everyone of us, was only fighting with the mirage of Esu, not suspecting he was long gone with the emblem, almost all the gods are injured, while fighting with an illusion" Mawu said and angrily dragged Ogun's arm.

CHAPTER NINE
Dropping the emblem into the initiation box, a loud bang came out from it, shaking the box furiously, and sent it off balance, swiftly, Sigidi dived on the ground and raised his legs up, making it support the box, before it turned upside down.
"I have never seen loyalty as strong as this" Esu said having a smile on his face and balance the box properly.
Osun appeared before Yemoja, and gently tapped her on the shoulder
"We have to leave, this is not what we signed for" Osun said and made her hands turn into water.
"What do you mean?" Yemoja asked surprised.
"It soils our reputation, Esu is just being over ambitious, the curse Ori placed on him is already taking action, the land are already becoming barren, even Aje now asks for souls before she grants wealth" Osun replied.
Osun turned into a huge pillar of water, drawing everyone's attention.
"What is she doing?" Sigidi asked frightened on seeing the pillars of water and as Yemoja also turned into her mermaid form and dived into the pillar of water.
"Continue with the ritual" Aje shouted
Esu feeling surprised at the sudden change of event, stepped forward and stretched his hands backward, he was about chanting incantations, suddenly the pillar of water dropped down with great force, and moved furiously with Yemoja swimming along.
Esu clapped his hands together, as a shield came above him as the water flooded the whole palace, sweeping all other gods off their feet, the water raised the box up and threw it upside down, throwing off all its content including the creature emblem, which yemoja grabbed swiftly.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Esu shouted in agony, after Osun and Yemoja turned everywhere into a total disaster. He groaned angrily, biting his lips in regret.
"I will shake everyone, I am going to become a god, nobody dares touch, I will ruin life after life, soul after soul, I will demand more than I can chew. I am death , I am scourge, I will plague the lands, I shall cause chaos, the line has just been drawn" Esu chanted.
He raised both hands into the air, as the ground opened up gradually, his eyes flared up.
"Let the sleeping beast rise, let death rise, let the kingdom below rise,a new lord has come"
He chanted as the ground, gradually covered his palace, and down beneath it went, larva hugely sprout up from the ground, and even right outside the palace, burning everything on its path.

Osun turned into her normal form, throwing Yemoja into the air, who quickly aalso turned into her normal form and fell to the ground. She stood up and dusted off the dust on her body as they approached Obatala's kingdom.

"The worst has happened, Esu has turned himself to a mountain we cant move" Yemoja concluded after explaining the ordeal.
"We have decided to leave the physical and trancede into what we should have become" Ori said and paced round the chamber.
"Meaning" Yemoja asked.
"We are now going to live in the spirit realm, prepare yourselves, we shall rule the affairs if human from the spirit realm, the demi gods shall take over" Obatala replied and stamped his staff to the ground.
Obatala slashed his hands into the air, making a hole through the wind itself, which gradually formed an open door.
"Let's go" Obatala said and entered first, followed by Ori, then Orunmila, then others followed.
