The Nigerian Football Federation is going to sack the Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr even if he wins The Africa Cup of Nations.

The NFF was reported to be Furious with Gernot Rohr because he talks with the media about tenets of his contract which has non-disclosure clause from both parties.

The NFF is also angry with the coach because despite granting all his request and leaving the choice of players to him, his performance is below expectations.

The coach is also accused of fuelling the issue of non-payment of match Bonuses to Super Eagles.

“Since Nigeria qualified for AFCON, our attackers have been clay-footed with the manager unable to evolve a system that will optimise the potential of the team’s strikers, who do well with the European clubs and in the Diaspora.

“We have given Rohr a free-hand to run the team. He picked his players for this competition unhindered. We had a few reservations about the choice of certain players. But we allowed him to go with all the technical issues, especially with the choice of players,” an NFF chieftain said, SportingLife reports.

NFF is just too dumb, how can you go an hire a man who can't even coach the 50th division side in Germany and start paying him millions

If Rohr is good, why is he not coaching any top team

Better, look at the first match, he went and put Mikel in the wig side, instead of doing a good lineup he will be doing trial and error in a big competition

the coach is trying , he qualified all the tournaments without hustling and never went out from group stages

he selected the players purely based on current performance
