Suspension Of The Nigeria Football Federation Provisionally Lifted by chika4real: 5:01pm On Oct 08, 2010
The FIFA Emergency Committee decided today, 8 October 2010, to provisionally lift the suspension of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). The decision was taken after observing that the situation had taken a positive turn in recent days, with the claimant at the origin of the court actions publicly committing itself to withdrawing its claim, the acting General Secretary of the NFF returning to his post on 5 October 2010 and the issue of the Nigeria League being left totally within the ambit of the NFF.

The suspension has been lifted provisionally until 26 October 2010, after noting that the next hearing before the court is scheduled for 25 October 2010 and that only then can the judge vacate the court orders. However, should the NFF still be embroiled in court actions or any other issue preventing it from working freely on that date, the suspension will be automatically confirmed until all problems have been definitively solved.

I didn't know they were banned in the first place. . .

I don't think lifting the ban would make any difference.

FIFA and their 'racism' particularly to Africans in any participatory globe event has impact on Nigerian that are carried away of forign clubs and turned a deaf heart in Local leagues that can only rebrace our football story and deliver us from 4th enslavery mostly to soccere, ha! haa!!, haaa!!!
Leave BLATTER that is wat we indirectly want by our mentality.
Re: Suspension Of The Nigeria Football Federation Provisionally Lifted by efoghorjos: 10:32pm On Oct 09, 2010
Why did FIFA ban us in the first place when the whites keep pretending to be non-corrupt? We are trying to fight corruption in our football, instead of FIFA to co-operate with us, they banned us. The NFF election was corrupt; states election should have been done before the federal. But the corrupt people hurriedly organized an election to indirectly install their cronies in office.
People felt aggrieved and went to court: That was supposed to be the civilized way of seeking justice. So why did FIFA ban us? Are they really interested in the good of our football? That's food for thought for all of us.
