Also, Elisha Cliff Abbo(the slapping senator) in conjunction with Governor Wike helped Fayose to bring in sophisticated weapons and thugs from Rivers state, Adamawa and zamfara which they camped in the state govt house.

Fayose was banking on these thugs to unleash mayhem on Ekiti people when he announced his fake election result on BSES and EKTV in Favour of his own party(PDP). The strategy was to paint a picture to the public that PDP was rigged, so the reason why you see Ekiti people on the street fighting or killing themselves.
