It took S African president within a week of winning for him to name his Ministers, India prime minister was even faster. Buhari didn't learn from 2015 when he waited for 6 months. It led to investors fleeing and subsequently recession. The first time we had recession in Nigeria, guess who was head of state. Second time we had recession guess who was president? Please there is no hurry or any cause for worry. Buhari is the best thing after sliced bread and he must take his time to choose the next round of malleable APC idiots to superintend over the affairs of Nigeria.
