Igbos and Ndigbo have finally scammed Atiku. At this point I weep for Atiku and advice him to use all possible means to recover his money from Igbos criminals. Very heartless people. They deceived Atiku even when they know it's clear that Atiku lost. May chukwu like Abiama judge this Igbos criminals 1 Like |

PDP will loose this case on technicality, I'm not sure why the PDP lawyers didn't prepare their witness. Poor homework here. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Long story about oral evidence. BREACH OF TRUST IS MOST LIKELY TO BE THE VERDICT. The end is that if INEC says it didn't use electronic voting system to transmit results to a database connected to a server, the system which INEC officials promised the political parties for fair and free election, that means that INEC breached the trust which political parties had on INEC before the parties went to the polls with INEC as assumed neutral umpire. THEREFORE THE RESULT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION GETS ANNULLED BECAUSE OF INEC'S BREACH OF TRUST. 1 Like 1 Share |

ruffbamreal: You asked questions base of what the withness was called for? Did you transfer results electronically? Yes or No. The question of which law guides transferring of results should be directed to INEC. If it is not back by law, it's INEC that will be held responsible and not part-time staff of INEC 1 Like 1 Share |

Balanced tabloids: INEC polling officers insists INEC instructed them to send results to server. APC and pro-buhari tabloids: Polling officer fails to show which regulation authorizes him to transmit result to server. Neutrals: So there is actually a server despite denials from INEC and APC. |

ojuu4u:baba judges dont work like dat. Atiku must prove without any doubt. What apc lawyers are doing now is like looking for a loop hole. Thats why murders go scot free some times. Not because he is innocent. But because the victims didnt prove without reasonable doubt. |

So they are saying he setup the servers himself, thought himself, got codes himself and was asked to transmitted results to the HQ servers by himself? Why is INEC disgracing and contradicting themselves with lies. |

ruffbamreal: Go and read balance story from other sources, one of withnesses ,a technician appointed by INEC and in which he is ready to tender appointment letter to that effect, says results were sent to cyber electronically. With appointed letters as exibits", it gives credence to the argument. |

ojuu4u: Bros, this is a law matter. Every statement of the witness must conform with extant electoral laws. Failure to align with electoral law would dismiss whatever the witness came to say. I once followed my boss to court in Ikeja. He’s a surveyor. He was asked to stand as witness in a land dispute case. He was the surveyor that made composite plan for an estate. The lawyer of the other people asked him that: on survey plans, it’s written at the top that “This Land Is Said To Belong To so so person”. My boss confirmed it. That kind of professional statement means my boss can’t say if the same land belongs to another person. Based on that, his statement may be inadmissible 1 Like |
