ojuu4u: You have a nice English structure but your comment was very erroneous. Those lawyers were all on point with the questions they are asking those witnesses. You just didn't know that those witnesses PDP are presenting to testify are not emitting words well enough. The other time a presiding officer testified that he transmitted with a code but couldn't bring forward the code. RATECH even said he transmitted too. Also APO. I hope the drivers who conveys them to polling unit won't also be brought forward as witness and start saying he transmitted too. 1 Like |

TechCapon: Yes there is server but legally the law doesn’t recognize the server use, so the court won’t even go there. All this is just a waste of court time. Unless the Atiku team can come up with a law that will enable the court to recognize the server, then the case is dead on arrival cos anyone can also claim the results was transmitted through the post office. It all depends on who can show the law that recognize either server or post office. 1 Like |

Kayrich: Go back and read a national daily with balanced story, the withness said he could easily retrieve the code from his phone, if given chance. If judges determined to know authenticity of the story and if they are not bias? What stops them from asking the witness to bring the exhibit in latter day |
