You guys should stop misleading public, is presiding officer a lawyer? Must he know the Constitution before doing what he paid for?

He was called to withness if result transimited to cyber. Yes or No

Wole Olanipekun should stop bending what clear and open to everyone, I think they said results wasn't weren't transmitted electronically, so what brings about laws that back transmission? Even if he wants to ask, he should direct it to INEC that appointed ad hoc staff to transfer results to center cyber electronically.

All of u that have started hallucinating bcuz of semi-truth story being dished out by nairaland, I pity u. Go and read Punch newspaper for balance story

You guys do not even reason that if it's not back by law, and INEC transferred results electronically, it makes mockery of INEC understand Bihari reign and not ATIKU and this can invalidate entire results

You have a nice English structure but your comment was very erroneous. Those lawyers were all on point with the questions they are asking those witnesses.
You just didn't know that those witnesses PDP are presenting to testify are not emitting words well enough. The other time a presiding officer testified that he transmitted with a code but couldn't bring forward the code.
RATECH even said he transmitted too. Also APO. I hope the drivers who conveys them to polling unit won't also be brought forward as witness and start saying he transmitted too.

From all indications there is actually a server in inec office and results were transmitted to the server. If they grant atiku access to the server wahala go dey for the country

Yes there is server but legally the law doesn’t recognize the server use, so the court won’t even go there. All this is just a waste of court time.

Unless the Atiku team can come up with a law that will enable the court to recognize the server, then the case is dead on arrival cos anyone can also claim the results was transmitted through the post office. It all depends on who can show the law that recognize either server or post office.

Go back and read a national daily with balanced story, the withness said he could easily retrieve the code from his phone, if given chance. If judges determined to know authenticity of the story and if they are not bias? What stops them from asking the witness to bring the exhibit in latter day

Must you talk. even when it is obvious that you don't understand the process you are arguing on.
How can you start a job without understanding the process. That is a classic case of incompetence
