I'm afraid is not...... ...... the impact of such delay has killed lots of opportunities and discourages many other to come...... do you know how many contracts has been halted as a result of no principal officer (Ministers) to implement that (not permanent Secretaries )?

like APC already stated, they don't owe anybody any explanation to the delay of appointing new ministers.
The same hypocritic failed pigs party will be The one to first cry wolf if the president had hurriedly appoint new cabinet members that may have been ineffective.

You can only sight them in such gatherings, they are usually there on invite from the ministry or contractor probably base on role played while still holding the post. They have no active role again since may 28th midnight

This was exactly what lead to the first recession. The next recession will be the biggest in the history of Nigeria. Maybe then people would know APC does not mean well for the people.
