I find this certificate beside bush close to my working place, some person might have passed it without knowing the value, Port Harcourt rain already touch it small, but I take care of it properly already, as a graduate even without a better job yet, the value of certificate can't be under estimated Please share till the rightful owner locate it property Also advice what I can do to get it to the owner judebenjamin58@gmail.com facebook: Jude Melody Ben
