Former Vice President and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Atiku Abubakar, has dismissed a newspaper report alleging that he has formed a new political platform under which he will run for President in 2019, with the Governor of Ondo State Segun Mimiko, as his running mate.

His Media Adviser, Paul Ibe signed a statement saying, the report bore the elements of a political hatchet job planted by his opponents who are desperately trying to invent events with a specific end goal to draw a wedge between him and President Buhari on one hand and the APC leadership on the other hand.
