3 mistakes he made.

1. Training a girlfriend or forming big boy by lavishing her the money he was supposed to invest.
2. Hoping on job security. Real men may have jobs, but their side hustle is the hope.
3. Committing suicide when you're innocent.

Do you have an idea how depression works? Not until you find yourself in the same situation, don´t judged what you have no idea about. Most people that thinks they are mentally strong are the ones that have never really faced any great challenge.

Now to topic, i wished he had not committed suicide for his son sake. Wished he had received solace from knowing he has a child to take care of and loves so much. RIP. And in daddy Showkey´s voice ........ shame to bad people

Bros calm down.

The Nigerian system doesn't give you chance to exonerate yourself of accusations. The more you try, the more people believe your accusers.

I have been in that shoe countless times.

The key is, ignore them and move on with your life.

A young man allegedly committed suicide over the weekend because he was fired from his job and his girlfriend dumped him.

The man, identified as Deji, was fired after a colleague lied against him and to make matters even worse, his girlfriend ended their relationship.

He couldn’t take it anymore and took his life. After he died, the truth came out at work and his boss came to compensate him with a promotion at work and a brand new car.

But he received news of his demise. The boss has reportedly vowed to arrest the colleague who made the false allegation.

He should have think twice before he took that drastic action. Life is full of up and down, if it's his time to be down today, tommorow he'll be flying high.
He only put his family and loved ones into shame and misery. What a wasted life


I keep saying this, while suicide should never have been an option, you can't just blame them like that. Mental health is an issue we dont pay attention to in Nigeria, so when things like this happen the only question we wanna ask is "why?"

Getting fired from a job because of something you did not do can be devastating. For you and I we can probably shake it off and move on. For someone who has been suffering from mental issues but covering it up with smiles and laughter, that might just be the last straw.

R.I.P to the man. The rest of us, pay attention to your mental and general health. not everything is ise aye!

Anyone who takes his kt her life is disillusioned. The only thing they think of is death. It takes God to change their heart..

A family member killed himself when I just finished secondary school. Hes older and married. His wife was cheating on him seriously but cus he loved the wife so much he always threatened to kill himself. He would always take germalin 20 or so and wanted to drink it. But with intervention of my mom and sometimes the wife he won't drink it..

This particular night he just came back from work being a comm. Driver, he met his wife and the concubine doing the 'thing' under the staircase lol(that's how worst it was) the man rished out brought germalin 20 again(concubine left already) and was threatening the wife that he would drink it again, but this time the wife didn't shout for help again she was only saying drink it if you want to drink, we were hearing the noise outside but no one wanted to intervene again(husby wifey stuff)... Next thing was a noise that he had drank germalin 20 oooo...

People rushed in, the man too rushed out running to his mom's place far away, later rushed back( all of us still in disarray) next thing he fell.. na so he died... Funny enough, the wife ran out left the kids and never returned till date. We only are hearing of her and where she lives.

DONT KILL YOURSELF..
NOTHING IS WORTH DYING FOR..
WATCH CLOSELY ANYONE WHO THREATENS TO KILL THEMSELVES..

I don't know why I feel that the suicide is a very selfish and stupid chap. The thought of his twelve year old innocent child would have deterred him if he wasn't chronically self-centred.
