Fulanis have been part of Nigeria and have been cattle herders for donkey years. The Nigerian passport has always had different tribal representations showcasing different cultures and ways of life of different ethnicities. There is nothing wrong using the picture of a herder to represent the agricultural way of life of the Fulanis.

There is no doubt a Fulanisation agenda, but citing this picture on the passport as an example like I said before is just silly. I guess this Op was just born today.
