Nicki Minaj, a popular hip hop star, canceled her planned performance next week in Saudi Arabia. This follows a backlash from social media users and is calling for Minaj by the U.S. Human Rights Foundation, Liam Payne, Steve Aoki from One Direction, and others scheduled to play at the Jeddah World Fest on July 18 to pull out of the festival over the country’s record of violations of human rights.
