PEOPLE TO PEOPLE INTERNATIONAL- NIGERIA
People to People International, Nigeria is totally committed to promote international understanding, education, citizens’ empowerment and leadership development, nation building and national rebirth with a clear vision of promoting peace through understanding and passion for delivery outstanding results. People to People International Lagos, Nigeria was officially chartered on January 15, 2004 by PTPI World Headquarters in Kansas City,   Missouri, USA to carry out PTP programs and activities in Nigeria. 




Membership

Membership is open to all people of all ages, who shares the ideals and aspirations of its     founder, President Dwight D. Eisenhower and wish to partake in PTP programs and activities.

People who want to:-
- Make a difference in this world.
- Open their minds to new ways of thinking.
- Learn about oneself, other cultures and how to improve ones community.
- Make new friends and a lasting relationship.

Only PTPI delivers to youth and adults with international interest, quality educational, cultural and humanitarian programming with opportunities for face-to-face contact among people of all nations partaking in PTPI activities.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

There are three types of membership namely:

• Student Membership -- open to young people within the age of 18yrs and presently within their secondary education.

• Adult Membership -- open to people above the age of 18yrs.

• Family Membership – open to married people who have keen interest in PTPI activities.

Honorary Membership is awarded to distinguished people, diplomatic Corp members, patrons and matrons of the chapters who support both morally and financially the programs and projects of PTPI Nigeria Chapter.

• Chartered Membership

Associate and Regular Membership is determined by the membership fees paid by individual members while the Chartered membership are bestowed on members who make a greater contributions towards membership recruitment programs stipulated by the Chartered Membership Criteria.









INSTRUCTION:

1ST STEP:
Obtain a PTPI Membership Application Form from the above contact address. Return the completed application form to the Admission, Orientation and Screening Committee of PTPI Nigeria.

2ND STEP:
Upon Receipt of Application Form, a PTPI Information booklet would be given to registered applicant. Subsequently interviews and orientation is conducted for all registered applicants by Admission, Orientation and Screening Committee of PTPI Nigeria.

Upon AOS committee’s approval, applicants now proceed for membership based on their recommendation. On confirmation, your membership welcome pack will be sent to you.

3RD STEP:
Annual Membership Dues is very important to continue enjoy PTPI benefits.
