it just started doing okay as of 2 minutes ago...If you were very active you'd notice(not just scrolling). However on pc, once you refresh, the error page pops up, its fixed now though, all back to normal.

I knew it! I've been trying to view my timeline for over an hour and it's not responding. It was up even by 7:00pm.

I can bet Zuckerberg was behind the attack that downed Twitter. This is to revenge how Twitter users laughed at him some days ago when Facebook, Whatsapp, and Instagram went down. grin grin
