Marcelo Rossi being pushed down from the altar by a yet-to-be-identified woman. It was gathered that the incident occurred as Fr. Marcelo Rossi addressed the faithfuls during a mass held in the City of Cachoeira Paulista, in the interior of the state of Sao Paulo on the afternoon of Sunday, July 14, 2019. Citing the police, Brazilian news portal G1 reported the culprit is 32-years-old and traveled to the youth event from Rio de Janeiro. She is believed to have mental health problems, police noted. The woman was taken to a local police station, however Rossi declined to press charges. |
