We are in a recession, properties are moving in traffic, people are scared and start making uninformed and irrational decisions and then eventually the owner gets desperate and the bargaining power lies with the applicant who takes more advantage than a child with no budget! We all want to hold onto our dollars but there are some basic things that are just common sense! You may have the best condo in Abuja but if nobody knows about it then your little secret is only deceiving you. Likewise if you have an eye-watering duplex in Lagos and only market it locally then my friend; you will only get local boys.

Why? Because you don't place much value in marketing.

Even though little marketing is better than no marketing at all, you might aswell throw your money out the window if your marketing isn't sharp and attractive and creates a substantial ROI.

Don't always go for the huge and fat marketing agencies that boast of awards because if you wanted awards you would go to a beauty peagent. You wants old fashioned simple sales. Buy, cheap. Sell at a higher value till you can effectively negotiate the right price  cool and LET THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW ABOUT IT.

Don't be afraid to use a website that allows you to market your property for free and does it well because, well its a win win situation.

Do this my friend, and you will be a King in this market and be rewarded for the value that you bring to this marketplace.

do some of these people know anything about marketing to begin with. . . . . . . . . . . . .

- ads of over ₦100M without a single picture but only a cheap description and a phone number: FAIL!
- ads with picture of houses still in construction but advertised as brand new: FAIL!

We must change this way of thinking Moving Nigeria forward.
Cheap effort= Bad tenants, or no sale and a stagnant investment!

That is why at Lomo Link you cannot advertise without having a picture. It is so basic and fundamental that I don't even need to go into this

^^^^^the way to go!!!! unfortunately, i just checked and lomolink.com is still under construction. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

also there is a big difference between posting a pic and posting a pic RELEVANT with the post. all these pics of homes yet to be finished have got to go UNLESS these houses are sold as "not completed"

I hear your brudda.

The website is coming soon and will be ready in a few weeks.

The website has filters and will do it's best to ensure that the pictures attatched to the photos are relevant. It will however filter out those who are too lazy to even upload a photo!!!
