This days, you hear of C of O in procesing, EXCISION in view and all manner of things in the field of Real Estate.

Its no longer News that many still fall victims to this scammers around us who still sells properties and disappears into thin air immediately after a transaction or two or more.

Some even sell very cheaper than what the price sells in a location.

Let's take a look at this Land TITLE called EXCISION.


The word excision means
to separate a part from a whole.
In real estate it means to cutout a portion from a scheme or an acquisition as a survey, just as you would buy a free hold land and do a register survey which is done by an registered surveyor.

Excision is a survey of a cutout area done by the government itself not a registered surveyor.
So there is no difference between excision and government excision approved. Cos its government that issues an excision not to a company but to a community.

When a publication is done based on that title it is called Gazette.
