I don't understand this world again? Seems all has gone mad and none to heal. Give Governor Bello money because if transparency in governance? Is it a reward the the suffering of the Kogi Civil Servants? Or for ensuring a number of them died as a result of non payment of their salaries? Or . . . . .

Truly the UN, IMF, World Bank and their affiliates do not want Nigeria to see the light. They are Nigeria's biggest hurdle to development.
