Controversial South African socialite, Zodwa Wabantu, has stunned fans after she shared a video of herself while undergoing vagina tightening procedure better known as vaginoplasty.

Wabantu, who is known to step out to events in her birthday suit, posted a video showing a surgeon working on her and captioned it:
“Tightening/vaginal rejuvenation/virgin vagina�����”

This is a procedure that aims to tighten vagina muscles that become loose or slack after childbirth or aging.
People are having a field day speculating what pushed her to undergo the procedure given that she’s not given birth yet.
