A Nigerian lady has been left in shock after she bought meat pie on the streets, Igbere TV reports.

She reportedly found macaroni inside the snack, instead of the usual beef.

The lady identified as Onuorah Ebube, shared the story on Twitter, which was sighted by Igbere TV.

Hmn . This just goes to show us that many people are not professional when making snacks. They could actually source for beef to put in the meatpie at affordable prices. It is all about planning and budgeting. If the makers of the meatpie are producing them in large quantities, the catering could buy a goat or ram, butcher it and keep the meat in storage. This will mean that meat will be available all the time to be used for making the meatpies. People should learn how to be honest when making snacks for the public to consume. Is the meat in the pies not diced meat again? Na wa o.

We are very good at complaining in Nigeria, but hardly proffer real solutions to problems and issues like this one. How can someone make a meatpie and stuff it with Macaroni? In a sane country, the maker of the pie would be sanctioned by the appropriate standards agency. I believe someone is out there who can make quality meat pies . If you are interested in making meat pies, just go to Aliexpress or DHgate.com and search for ' Dumpling Maker'. It is very cheap and can be made of Plastic or Metal. You can buy up to 3-5 pieces and have them shipped to you in Nigeria. Go online and watch videos of how to make Meat Pies. You can also find Meat Pie recipes if you do a google search. If you are bold enough, you can start a Meat Pie business of your own. Try and get a natural preservative that will make your Meat Pies last for 2-3 days. Just use real meat for your Meat Pie.
