As far as am concerned, this is no case. Can't two people think of the same title at the same time? Even if the stole it from him, its not called STEALLING. He got his idea from him. And let's be frank its only hurting him CU's the singer in question makes this titles blow! Its not his fault if he's the right spice to your idea.
