He aint running shit. Manuel Noriega (a former president of a country) was arrested, extradited and he died like a nobody. El Chapo is history. He will rot in prison forever.

Many people do not know the meaning of a SuperMax. The guy (Ramzi Youssef) who planned the 1993 World Trade Center bombing is there. Ted Kaczynski, otherwise known as the Unabomber is there serving 8 consecutive life sentences. Rober Hansson, a former agent who worked for the FBI for 25 years and was found to be spying for Russia is there.
