Agriculture is truly a goldmine if you know how to do it the right way.

Currently we have a PigMONEY Farming Opportunity.

Introducing PigLot Farming by Jodarl Consult

Pig Farming is a very lucrative aspect of animal husbandry, it has enormous prospect and pork meat (according to various statistics) is the most widely consumed meat in the world, followed by poultry and beef. Nigerians have over the years increasingly chosen pork as their choice source for protein.

Then you should ask...

Why is everybody not rushing into Pig Farming?

The answer is simply Set-up/Start-up and Management cost.

For you to start a Pig Farming commercially, you will need to invest heavily on "fixed and running cost" on things such as construction of Pig Pens, Boreholes, Plumbing and Staffs (Manager, Vets, Cleaner, Security etc).

This cost will quickly run into millions of Naira and Land Acquisition cost is also a factor. Then there's popular opinion that it is a dirty business for one to engage in.

But with PigLot managed by Jodarl Consult.

We will build the PIG PEN

We will handle Plumbing works

We will handle Water Supply

We will handle the rearing, breeding, and feeding of Pigs

We will handle Pig Vaccinations

We will handle Facility maintenance

We will handle staffs and staff management.

Simply put, we will do all the "dirty works"...

So, What are you expected to do?

All you have to is invest in a PigSlot which we'll buy the pigs, feed the pigs, breed the pigs, sell the piglets/weaners and make profits.

The PigLot Slot and Cost Analysis

Each Slot consist of 10 Piglets/Weaners (8 weeks old)

The total cost required per slot is N620,000.

The breakdown is expressed below per pig

Cost of Piglet/Weaner - N15,000 each

Feeding, Vaccine and Supplements - N2,000 per month - N24,000 (12 months)

Rent and Utility - N1,000 per month - N12,000 (12 months)

Crossing fee - N1,000 one-time fee per cycle.

Note: The cost analysis is for 12 months. Within 12 months, the piglets will grow, become pregnant and have an average of 7 piglets at delivery. They can have more piglets sometimes up to 12 piglets but in the initial lowest bearing scenario, they'll have 7 piglets.

Profitability

The Piglets after delivery would be fed for another 8 weeks which they grow to become weaners. A weaner is sold for N15,000 each. Meaning every Pig is capable of giving you N105,000 every 6
months.

The Brood-stock: The current cost of pig/pork is N450 per KG. An average
pig gain 10KG every month, in 12 months, your pig will weigh between 100KG - 120KG, that would be worth N45,000 to N54,000 each.

After the first cycle of 12 Months. You would be earning a over 55% of your Investments and it gets better in the following cycles.
